We have so far come up with a number of payment options that can get almost everyone on their road to owning a property and we are still working on creating more options. - Lump Sum: A single payment is made for the total cost of the project upon commencement or at a pre-determined milestone.
- Progress Payments: Payments are made at various stages of the project, typically tied to specific milestones (e.g. setting out, excavations, brickwork, slab, foundation, main structure, framing, or roofing etc).
- Advance Payment: An upfront payment is made before work begins, often used to cover initial costs or materials.
- Hourly or Daily Rates: Payment is based on the time spent on the project, typically in hourly or daily increments.
- Installment Payments: The total cost is broken into multiple, scheduled payments (e.g., weekly, fortnight, monthly or quarterly) over the course of the project. Or can be paid in installments before construction work starts.
- Service exchange for an asset: This applies where a client requests for construction services in exchange with assets both movable and immovable including houses, land and vehicles.
Each of these terms can be customized based on our clients needs, project complexity and mutual agreement.
