We are looking to hire a general business manager to be responsible for managing the company operations including business development, customer relationships, estimating, project management, administration, and billing. In addition, you will be responsible to ensure profitability by forecasting and managing the budget, identifying market trends, and ensuring quality control. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities. The Manager will coach, motivate, and lead all team members to meet all revenue and customer service goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Implement strategic business plan and formulate policies
- Allocating budget resources, ensure that company and job budgets are maintained and met
- Exceed company targets for sales, net profit, quality ratings and customer satisfaction
- Provide vision, leadership and discipline regarding long term growth
- Communicate clearly
- Manage and prepare financial reports
- Hiring and training and motivating team members

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, marketing, operations, etc.)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Proficient in technologies such as smartphone, tablet, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by the position
- Attention to detail
- Takes initiative in solving problems
- Strong people skills
