Office Clerk / Receptionist Vacancy

Applicant should be active and able to work under pressure with little or minimal supervision.

On job training offered for the duties to be performed including:

Office administration

Document typing and processing

Answering phone calls

Clients records filing

Prepare meeting agendas

Meeting minutes recording

Prerequisites:

Minimum 5 O levels including

Well written and spoken English

Time punctual

Harare Resident

Computer literate

Flexible and able to multitask

 

Added advantages:

Secretarial, administrative & receptionist diplomas

Driver's license

Fluency in spoken both Ndebele & Shona
