Reporting to both the Company Director and the Manager, the role will assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of marketing plans to enhance our brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing marketing material and platforms (physical and digital) in line with brand guidelines, including eDM campaigns
- Collaborating with our digital agency to oversee digital content creation and manage website performance, including content requirements
- Developing and implementing a strategic Marketing & Communication plan in line with budget guidelines
- Sourcing and coordinating influencers and brand ambassadors
- Analysing and reporting on marketing campaign results and process efficiencies
About You

You have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications (not essential) or demonstrated on-the-job experience in a similar role
- At least 1 year experience working in the marketing field.
- Experience in building engagement using websites and social media
- Should have knowledge in formulating and implementing a marketing strategy
- Experience developing creative and engaging copy and imagery
Not essential but well regarded:
- Experience with computer packages
- Graphic design experience and proficiency in relevant software
- Experience in construction and building material.
